Neil Nitin Mukesh has lend his own voice for a song in his latest release, Aa Dekhe Zara. When we asked him whether it was a conscious decision to croon a number for the film, Neil told us that it was his tribute to the legendary singers of yesteryear.

He said, “Singing the title song of the film is my way of paying tribute to RD Burman and Kishore Kumar.” Neil also told us that he loves composing music on his keyboard and playing romantic Kishore and Mukesh songs on the piano.
Neil’s plate is currently full of interesting films like Aditya Chopra’s New York, Sudhir Mishra’s Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail, Ken Ghosh’s untitled film and Abbas Mastan’s next. When asked why he chooses to be a macho man in reel life, he said, “It’s a myth. I am a romantic and passionate person. I’m open to doing all kinds of roles”.
